HybridWhat you will do
The Brand Manager - Oral Care is responsible for developing and executing brand activation plans, managing brand innovation pipeline, and collaborating with cross functional team to deliver on brand KPIs:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead activation and execution of brand Mental & Physical Availability measures in ANZ market
- Implement Integrated marketing campaign & input into development alongside MAM
- Input into asset transcreation using SOBG principles to shape high impact integrated marketing plans working collaboratively with agency partners
- Manage the implementation of IMC plans in line with key media KPIs and holding agency to deliver on time in full
- Drive the end-to-end activation with partnership with Shopper, HCP, E-Commerce and Social/Digital
- Support & lead vision for the brand during 3YOP & growth planning
- Ensure delivery of key stage gate charters / NLFs, partnering with PMO to deliver projects to timeline
- Drive brand portfolio efficiency, utilizing the POM, CIP & RGM processes to manage the portfolio effectively in collaboration with Category teams
- Focus externally, working with ABM to conduct market & competitor analysis reporting activities to define opportunities/threats
- Lead the marketing inputs of key presentations for customer strategy days/range reviews
- Build effective and sustainable working relationships with cross functional, agency
- Leading development & ensuring on-time delivery of product artwork + activation POS
- Support & consult with ABM to take responsibility for accuracy on BME reconciliation & delivery to target
- Deliver key inputs for individual brand P&L management
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the FMCG industry
- University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work in a team environment and exhibit strong leadership skills
- Creative problem-solving skills with ability to find innovative solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing brands in competitive markets
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in MSOffice applications
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
