At Stone & Wood, we’re all about brewing good beer and doing good in the process. With strong roots in our local community and a firm commitment to sustainability, we’re proud of how far we’ve come—and even more excited about what’s next. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for 3 x motivated and passionate Brewers to join our Brewing Team on a Permanent Full-Time basis at our Murwillumbah Brewery.
You must be available for this shift pattern:

- Week 1: AM shift (6:00am – 2:15pm)
- Week 2: PM shift (2:00pm – 10:15pm)
- Additional night shift requirement:

- Monday–Thursday, 8:00pm – 6:15am (10-hour shifts)
What’s on offer?
We know that diverse teams brew better ideas—and beer! Whether you’re coming from a brewing background or keen to get your start in the industry, this is a great opportunity to join a hands-on team, learn the craft of brewing, and grow your career in a supportive and inclusive environment.
You’ll get to work with a passionate crew who care about quality, sustainability, and having a good time doing it. We’ll provide the training and tools you need—just bring your curiosity and drive!
What we’re looking for:
We’re after people who bring energy, initiative, and a love of learning. You’ll be working closely with a skilled and empowered team, learning best-in-class brewing practices and helping to craft the beers we’re proud of.
A few things that will help you hit the ground running:
- Experience in brewing, food/beverage production, or manufacturing (a plus, but not essential)
- A background in science, trades, mechanics, or engineering
- A curious mind and a passion for process, quality, and continuous improvement
- A reliable, hands-on approach with a team-first attitude
- And of course… a love of great beer!
If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, dive into the world of brewing, and be part of something special—we’d love to hear from you.
