The role
The Business Analyst Manager plays a critical role in supporting strategic sales planning and operational analysis across the Aftermarket business. This position partners closely with the Aftermarket General Manager, CFO, and frontline Sales and Service leaders to deliver insights that drive performance, efficiency, and informed decision-making.
The Business Analyst will be instrumental in establishing and refining policies, procedures, and reporting frameworks that support best practices in forecasting, performance tracking, and cross-functional communication.
Key responsibilities
We are looking for a strategically minded Business Analyst with the ability to provide an excellent experience to internal client and our clients in the field. Therefore, you will;
Provide Strategic Analysis & Insight Generation
Lead the design and execution of business performance dashboards and KPIs.
Conduct win-loss analysis and pipeline diagnostics to inform sales and service strategy
Translate complex data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
Own the weekly and monthly forecasting process across sales and service.
Consolidate and present forecasts to senior leadership and finance for planning
Streamline reporting processes and implement best practices in data governance coupled with Process Optimisation & Reporting
Develop and maintain reporting tools (e.g., CMS, S2000) to support operational visibility
Act as a liaison between business units, finance, and IT to ensure alignment on data needs.
Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and influence.
Provide guidance to junior analysts and cross-functional teams.
Contribute to team development through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
To be successful in this opportunity as a minimum you must have:
Certificate or diploma in Financial Accounting, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook) and document management systems.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., SFDC) and service management tools (e.g., SMAX) is advantageous
Strong accuracy in data entry, document validation, and compliance tracking.
Ability to manage multiple uploads and deadlines without compromising quality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external clients.
Ability to coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and admin teams to gather and verify documentation
Proactive in identifying and resolving portal access or submission issues.
Capable of suggesting process improvements and supporting automation initiatives.
Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction through timely and accurate service delivery.
Understanding of customer SLAs and compliance expectations.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support cross-functional teams
