About the role
The Business Coordinator role provides high-level administrative support to the business to enable the effective delivery of the divisional strategic plans and corporate strategy. This role is also required to provide front reception coverage, a corporate concierge service, events assistance and general administrative support for a variety of programs.
Key accountabilities
- Provide confidential administrative and project support to Branch Managers and Executive Assistants to ensure smooth business operations.
- Assist with the preparation of communications, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items.
- Support the development and maintenance of systems, procedures, and controls to enhance divisional efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including procurement, HR, accounts, governance, and visitor services.
- Coordinate on-site events and partner with facilities to deliver a positive experience for employees and visitors.

Qualifications and experience
- Diploma in Business or relevant work experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Desirable
- SAP experience
