We are a Sydney-based fruit and vegetable wholesale distributor supplying fresh produce to a wide range of clients, including pubs, clubs, hotels, caterers, cafes, aged-care facilities, and more.
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to help us grow our customer base across Sydney. You'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, onboarding new clients, and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
Your Role
- Identify and approach potential clients across hospitality, healthcare, and food service sectors
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Tailor solutions to meet client needs and ensure consistent supply and service
- Work autonomously to generate leads via walk-ins, calls, email, and networking
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless customer onboarding and retention
About You
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management is highly regarded, but not essential
- Strong communication and network skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- A background in fresh produce or food service is a plus, but not essential
