About the Team
There is an exciting temporary opportunity to join the Fleet & Uniform Team within the Business Operations Unit in the role of Business Operations Officer, grade 5/6. The position will be assisting the coordination of fleet, uniform and body worn video cameras end to end process for SafeWork NSW staff liaising with multiple stakeholders and analysing process and system improvements. The role requires the movement of motor vehicles, mostly from the Parramatta office.
Your responsibilities
- Working in fleet management and fleet-based IT programs
- Demonstrating experience in customer service
- Coordinating records and databases
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service orientation with effective stakeholder liaison skills
- Working in an environment with exposure to multiple stakeholders
- Thinking analytically with attention to detail
About you
- Ideal candidate would have previously demonstrated experience in fleet coordination
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to work independently
- Act with integrity and provide a professional service
- Ability to keep up to date with relevant legislation, policies and procedures to provide accurate and efficient levels of support
- Resilience, flexibility and agility to be able to deal with a high volume of customer requests with shifting priorities and competing demands
- Address unforeseen issues and resolve complex enquiries
- Able to adapt processes and techniques as required
- Class A – Australian Driver’s Licence.
