Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic school environment? We’re looking for a motivated and well-presented Business Administration Trainee to join a Specialist school environment and support day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations, including reception, phone inquiries, and mail distribution.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, record maintenance, and document preparation.
- Maintain and update student, staff, and enrollment records.
- Assist with internal and external communications, including newsletters, correspondence, and standard school documentation.
- Coordinate school resources and liaise with staff regarding requisitions, purchasing, and inventory management.
- Support timetabling and scheduling to ensure efficient school operations.
- Assist in the management of first aid facilities and provide support for student first aid needs.
- Must have the ability to travel to multiple campuses.

- No previous qualifications in Business Administration.
- A valid WWCC and Australian citizenship/permanent residency.
