The role,
- Preparation of portion meat for both wholesale and retail to a high standard
- Ensure consistency of supply of products for sale
- Value adding skills
- General Butchers duties
- Strong communication skills and a good all rounder
- Flexible work hours to suit our area
- Must be an experienced butcher
