Wood is currently recruiting for a Buyer to join our Operations business in Australia & Asia Pacific West (APAC WEST). Based in Perth CBD, this is permanent role and is available on a full-time / part-time (job share) engagement basis

Reporting directly to the Contracts & Procurement Lead, you will step up and into a dedicated client contract team. You will be responsible for the delivery of specific purchasing activities and implementing strategies that deliver tangible and sustainable savings. You must have full work rights to work in this Australian location.

Ideally, you will hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent post-secondary qualifications from a recognised institution and related discipline and have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in a purchasing role within the Oil & Gas industry. You will also have:
