- Manage daily operations, including opening/closing, staffing, and stock control
- Lead and support front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver excellent service
- Recruit, train, roster, and supervise staff
- Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene standards, and safety procedures
- Ensure smooth POS operations and resolve customer complaints professionally
- Manage budgets, cash handling, and supplier relationships
- Develop strategies to increase sales, customer loyalty, and community engagement
- Uphold brand values and ensure the café aligns with Eat HAPPY principles

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
