Busy Cafe in the heart of Manly looking for a full time Restaurant Manager.
Salary is $76515/ year + super.
Responsibilities are to organise operations of the cafe to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained; To contribute to the growth of the business through injection of ideas and planning; To motivate, train and manage staff in order to deliver exceptional customer services.
Tasks include aspects such as Operations, Customer Service, HR & Staff management, Inventory, Financial & Reporting in line with responsibilities above. Manager should be able to liaise with staff members, Suppliers, Customers and Owners. More details to discuss in person.
