The Care Park Group is a global parking and property services provider approaching 500 locations and parking over 400,000 cars daily throughout Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Hungary and the United Kingdom. Our property services comprise strata management, building and facilities management, property leasing and management and student accommodation services in over 100 properties throughout Australia.
We are looking for a three casual car park enforcement officers to work in and patrol our properties in Parks Victoria and inner areas, two for weekday shifts (8:00am - 12:00pm and 12:00pm – 8:00pm) and one for weekend shifts (9:00am - 5:00pm)
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Delivering exceptional customer service
Ensure all car park services, guidelines and processes are adhered to
Preventative and reactive Maintenance of Automatic Parking Equipment including Pay Stations and/or Parking Meters (training provided)
Patrolling of various car parks and issue of Payment Notices for Non Compliance of Parking Conditions
Maintaining a safe, clean and hazard free environment including cleaning of Car Parks.
Various other duties on sites in line with your skills and experience
You will possess the following;
- Must have Open Australian Drivers Licence with a good driving record.
- High level communication skills and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds
- Be eligible to work in Australia
- Flexibility to work various hours
- Possess a key eye for detail and following processes
- Be a trustworthy, reliable and punctual
- Demonstrate basic computer literacy
Ideally we want you to be a confident and self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a customer interfacing role. If you are a hidden tech-head, that's even better!
A National Police and medical clearance will be required before commencing employment with Care Park.
Car Parking Award wages apply, a uniform, training a patrol vehicle will be provided.
