Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supervising all shift operations, including customer service, vehicle flow, and shuttle services.
- Leading a small team during your shift – including task allocation, performance monitoring, and daily problem-solving.
- Ensuring all vehicles are clean, serviced, and ready for rent at all times.
- Handling escalated customer service issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards across the office, shuttle, and yard.
- Supporting rostering, reporting, and shift handovers with accuracy.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Has prior leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and remains calm under pressure.
- Is well-presented, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Holds a current open driver’s licence (manual preferred).
- Brings a positive attitude and passion for the car rental industry.
