We’re on the hunt for a reliable, experienced Second in Charge (2IC) who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help steer the ship. If you know your way around a job site and aren’t afraid to take the reins when the boss is flat out – this job is for you.
We’re a small-to-medium landscaping company with a reputation for quality, hard work, and getting the job done. From high-end residential makeovers to commercial jobs, we cover everything from hardscaping to planting and maintenance.
THE ROLE:
- Assisting the owner with day-to-day site management and operations
- Leading small teams on-site when needed
- Keeping jobs running on time and to spec
- Problem-solving, material planning, quality control
- Acting as the right hand to the boss – especially when they’re pulled in multiple directions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,900.00 – $106,159.73 per year
