About the Role
As Director, ePMO, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer and lead a high-performing team responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, and delivery of the organisation's major project portfolio. You'll work closely with senior executives and stakeholders to ensure projects are aligned with strategic objectives, operational cycles, and community outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading strategic planning, prioritisation, and execution of major projects.
  • Overseeing project governance frameworks, change management, and benefit realisation.
  • Providing high-level advice to executive leadership and governance committees.
  • Building project management capability across the organisation.
  • Driving culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

About you
You are a seasoned executive with:
  • Extensive experience leading enterprise-level PMOs in complex, high-stakes environments
  • Accreditation in Project Management methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, Agile) and change management.
  • Strong strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and leadership capabilities.
  • A track record of delivering multi-year, high budget programs with measurable impact.
  • The ability to influence, coach, and build capacity across diverse teams.
You bring a collaborative mindset, resilience, and a passion for electoral integrity and democratic fairness. Experience in, regulatory and government environments will be highly regarded.
