What you'll be doing
This full-time position is located in our Castle Hill, NSW showroom, where you will be responsible for providing expert product knowledge, delivering tailored sales solutions, and building long-lasting relationships with our valued customers.
- Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalised sales recommendations
- Demonstrate and test drive vehicles to showcase their features and capabilities
- Process sales transactions, including negotiating prices, managing paperwork, and ensuring a smooth purchase experience
- Maintain detailed knowledge of our vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets
- Provide exceptional post-sales support and build long-term relationships with customers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and customer service
What we're looking for
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive or luxury retail industries
- At least one year of experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on vehicle features and benefits
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the dealership
- Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions and customer needs
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to drive a range of vehicles
- Works very well independently and as a part of a team.
