In this rewarding role you will work in a team environment where every day will be different. We are looking for Care Service Employees, must be able to work on 24/7 shifts AM, PM & Night Duties. These individuals will be located in our homely facility at the North Turramurra Residential Aged Care.

North Turramurra Residential Care | Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT)
As a Care Service Employee, you will:
- Provide emotional and social support whilst assisting residents with a range of daily life activities
- Support residents with self-care including grooming, bathing and dressing
- Reporting any changes of resident to the Registered Nurse on the shift duty
- Assist with mobility including using mechanical lifting aids and ensuring the residents comfort
- Assist in mealtimes and social activities.

- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support/ 2nd year Nursing students who have completed 1 placement.
- Experience in similar role in aged care
- A genuine enthusiasm, care and compassion in your commitment to working with elderly people
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Respect for all people, regardless of background, age, gender, religion and ethnicity
- Flexible to do AM/PM and night shifts
