About the role: ACH Group have permanent night shifts available for dedicated Care Workers located at one of our Residential Care Home in Colton Court, McLaren Vale.
You will be required to assist individuals living in residential care facility to live a good life characterised by optimum independence and decision-making about their care needs.
What you’ll do:
- Support the older person to maintain and/or improve physical, cognitive, emotional and social health and enhance their wellbeing
- Follow and contribute to the resident's care plan
- Assist the residents the care home to live a good life
- Work with a multi-disciplinary team to support the wellbeing of residents
- Undertake activities of daily living, domestic tasks and activity support
- Maintain accurate documentation
You are a talented and passionate Care Worker. You want to make the most of your expertise, do what you do best and thrive on the challenge of providing our customers with quality care. Ideally you will have experience within the Health Care Sector.
- Experienced candidates are highly desired
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- A passion for supporting choice and independence
- High level customer service experience

- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent
- Or studying towards a nursing qualification having completed placements
- A Police Check for unsupervised contact / vulnerable groups less than 12 months old
