Start your meaningful career as a Case Manager (Employment Coach)

You'll work closely with vulnerable customers helping them find sustainable employment, and offering compassionate support while maintaining healthy boundaries. Our ideal team members are both empathetic and solution-oriented and are able to balance genuine care with the responsibility of meeting departmental goals and compliance requirements.

In this role, you will:
  • Mentor and coach individuals to build their employability skills

  • Connect people to job opportunities and external support services

  • Maintain accurate records and manage client information in line with government systems

  • Support clients to set goals and overcome employment barriers

What we’re looking for:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team

  • Motivation to meet individual targets and KPIs

  • Solid administration skills and confidence with IT (Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry)

  • Great attention to detail and ability to manage pressure

  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Remuneration

A competitive salary will be negotiated commensurate with skills and experience. As Workskil Australia is a public benevolent institution, we can also offer a portion of the salary through tax effective salary packaging.
