Strong interpersonal and communication skills including experience in engaging young people who are marginalised and disengaged from community.
Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people.
Demonstrated knowledge of trauma informed practice principles and family centred practice.
Experience in engaging a variety of key stakeholders to develop support strategies/plans, which address the social and emotional wellbeing of the target group.
