Joey Zaza’s in Perth CBD has just had a glow-up and we’re on the hunt for a Barista/All-Rounder to join our team!
What we’re looking for:
✅ Experienced Barista – 1+ years behind the machine, confident with dial-ins, grinder adjustments, and keeping cool under pressure. You’ll be pouring Blacklist Coffee Roasters' The Pitch on Exobar, with Mazzer grinders and auto-tampers.
✅ Weekday Availability – We're open Mon–Fri, 7am–2pm. No weekends, no public holidays – perfect if you’re studying or have other commitments.
✅ All-Rounder Energy – You’re keen to switch it up between making epic coffee, chatting with our awesome regulars as you take their orders, running orders and crafting the best sandwiches in P-town.
✅ Bonus Points for prior food prep or café all-rounder experience.
