At Birches Early Learning Croydon, we’re looking for energetic and adaptable educators to join our casual pool across our centres in Melbourne’s South East and East.

A bit about the role…
- Step in when needed and help keep the day running smoothly across different rooms and age groups
- Create a fun, welcoming, and safe space for every child in your care
- Work closely with our passionate teams to maintain our high standards of early education
- Quickly build trust and rapport with children, families, and staff to ensure consistency and care
- Bring flexibility and confidence as you move between different age groups and centre environments
What we’re looking for:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA recognised equivalent)
- First Aid qualification (specific to education and care)
- Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety training (or willingness to obtain)
- Understanding of the Child Safe Standards
- A genuine love for early learning and a warm, adaptable attitude
- Great communication and people skills
