Gold Coast Endodontics is looking for a motivated and reliable dental assistant/receptionist with a minimum of 12 months experience for 2-3 days a week (Thursday/Friday currently) with the potential to increase days with demand.
What you'll be doing
- Providing chairside assistance during endodontic procedures and consultation appointments
- Booking patient appointments from referring dentists
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients at the reception desk
- Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's diary
- Processing payments (HICAPs and Eftpos)
- Handling patient enquiries and administrative tasks
- Preparing and sterilising instruments and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist/Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with patients
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in using dental software and other office technology
- A friendly, professional and empathetic approach to patient care
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of infection control and workplace safety
- Certificate 3 or certificate 4 in dental assisting is not required but highly desirable
