Location: Remote / Phone-based
Hours:
- Weekdays: Select 2–3 weekday shifts (5pm–8am)
- Weekends: Option to cover 1 full day or the full weekend (Friday 5pm–Monday 8am)
- Pay: On-call allowance + hourly rates if called, approx. $39–$120/per call incl. penalties (SCHADS level 3.4-4.1)

We’re now hiring 2-3 Casual On-Call Consultants to provide after-hours phone-based support to our frontline teams. This is a clinical and advisory role, ideal for someone with experience navigating high-pressure situations in disability or mental health settings.
What You'll Be Doing
- Be available to respond to calls from staff during on-call hours
- Provide phone-based guidance, direction, and escalation advice
- Use your clinical and industry knowledge to support complex scenarios
- Assist with incident response, PRN guidance, and general crisis management
What We’re Looking For
- Senior-level experience in disability or mental health
- Clinical background (e.g. Team Leader, RN, EN, or Behaviour Support Practitioner)
- Skilled in crisis response, incident management, and PRN medication protocols
- Strong NDIS understanding
- Calm, clear communicator who makes confident decisions under pressure
- Proactive, responsive, and solutions-focused
