Club Demonstration Services (CDS), the in-house product demonstration company for Costco, is looking for enthusiastic Casual Sales Advisors to join our dynamic team in Adelaide. As part of the Advantage Solutions group, we connect with members daily, creating memorable experiences and boosting brand awareness.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Sales Advisors (Product Demonstrators) to join our team at Costco Kilburn. In this customer-facing role, you’ll bring products to life through demonstrations, sampling, and engaging conversations that help customers make confident purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-store demonstrations and product sampling
- Provide members with information and helpful tips about products
- Display and explain product features and benefits
- Engage with customers to generate excitement and drive sales
- Set up and pack down demonstration stations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and food-compliant demonstration area
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or event marketing is highly regarded but not essential
- Confident working in hot or cold environments (e.g. warehouse setting)
- Basic kitchen equipment skills (e.g. microwave, oven, skillet)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Comfortable standing for long periods (up to 6 hours)
- Able to work a rotating roster between 10am – 5pm, including weekends
- RSA and/or barista certification is a bonus
