About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Frankston. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centered care to individuals living with disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and maintain independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance (e.g., showering, grooming, dressing).
- Safely operate and assist with hoists and other mobility equipment.
- Support clients with household tasks, community participation, and recreational activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Follow care plans and ensure all support provided aligns with NDIS and company standards.
Essential Requirements
- Experience working with people living with disabilities.
- Competency in using hoists and other manual handling equipment.
- Comfortable working in environments with dogs and other pets.
- Current First Aid & CPR certification.
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $38.56 – $45.88 per hour
