Queensland Corrective Services (QCS) is seeking a highly organised and proactive PMO Support Officer to join the Community Corrections and Specialist Operations (CCSO) Program Management Office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the Assistant Commissioner and senior leaders, supporting transformational reform across Queensland's correctional system.

About the Role
You will provide comprehensive administrative and project support, including:
Managing correspondence, briefs, submissions, and ministerial documents with confidentiality and accuracy.
Supporting HR processes, including documentation, onboarding, and reporting.
Handling procurement and financial tasks such as purchase orders, reconciliations, and reporting.
Maintaining facilities, IT systems, and asset registers.
Coordinating meetings, agendas, minutes, and action logs for senior leadership and project boards.
Booking travel and managing logistics for the Assistant Commissioner and Director.
Providing diary management, call handling, and general office support.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders across public and private sectors.
Managing workflow and priorities to meet deadlines and support team outcomes.
