We are looking for a caring and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Lalor. This role focuses on providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals living with disabilities, supporting them to achieve their personal goals and remain independent.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living assistance (e.g., showering, grooming, dressing).
- Safely operate and assist with hoists and other mobility equipment.
- Support clients with household tasks, meal preparation, and community participation.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and incident reports.
- Follow care plans and ensure all services align with NDIS and company standards.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience supporting people living with disabilities.
- Competency in using hoists and other manual handling equipment.
- Comfortable working in homes with pets.
- Current First Aid & CPR certification.
- Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Good communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $38.56 – $45.88 per hour
Expected hours: 2 – 10 per week
