Wests Group Macarthur is currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Cellar Supervisor to join our team and play a vital role in supporting the delivery of exceptional service across our four amazing venues.

About the Role
As a Cellar Supervisor, you’ll work closely with the Head Cellar Person to ensure the smooth running of our Cellar operations and be responsible for supervising the Cellar team, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily Cellar operations, including stock receiving, rotation, storage and distribution
- Supervise the Cellar team and provide on the job training for newly inducted Cellar staff
- Ensure the loading dock is well maintained, clean, tidy and adheres to all WHS requirements
- Ensure beer lines are regularly maintained, kegs and post mix are changed in a timely manner and stock levels in bars are adequate
- Assist the Head Cellar Person with ordering stock, managing stock variances and compiling monthly stock reports
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have previous supervisory experience in a Cellar environment
- Have excellent attention to detail and proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Have effective and clear communication skills- both written and verbal
- Be physically fit and able to perform the inherent requirements of the job
- Have sound knowledge of WHS standards, manual handling techniques and a commitment to workplace safety
- Be available to work mornings, evenings and weekends
- Hold a current driver’s license
- Have RSA and RCG certificates
- Forklift license is preferred
