About the Assignment
This is an exciting opportunity for an emerging professional to join a significant program of work. As a Change and Communications Administrator, you will be integral to the successful delivery of key technology initiatives. You will support project planning, create and manage communication materials, facilitate workshops, and prepare status reports for senior stakeholders. This assignment is ideal for a consultant with strong organisational skills and a passion for clear, effective communication.
Key Deliverables
- Support the planning and execution of diverse technology initiatives.
- Create and manage communication plans and materials to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and working sessions across various teams.
- Drive reporting, status updates, and project documentation for internal and executive stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring project deliverables and timelines are met.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as required and driving resolutions.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this assignment, the consultant should possess:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills-written, verbal, and visual.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex issues and articulate them clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage competing priorities.
- Prior experience or exposure to project management, communications, or program coordination.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
