We're seeking a Change Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, based in Melbourne. This role will see you leading change initiatives across major programs, with a preference for candidates who bring experience in Financial Services or Customer Service transformation projects.
As a Change Manager at NRI, you will:
- Lead change initiatives: Shape and deliver organisational change management strategies that ensure adoption and real business impact.
- Engage stakeholders: Build strong relationships at all levels, influence decision-making, and manage expectations throughout the change lifecycle.
- Drive communications & engagement: Design and deliver communications plans that connect people to purpose, foster buy-in, and reduce resistance.
- Support training & capability uplift: Develop and coordinate training and knowledge-transfer initiatives that equip teams for success.
- Embed change: Establish measures for success and ensure benefits realisation through sustained adoption.
- Partner for success: Work closely with project and program managers to align change initiatives with delivery outcomes.
- Proven experience as a Change Manager on medium to large-scale transformation projects.
- Financial Services or Customer Service transformation experience (highly regarded).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across business and technology teams.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver change strategies, communications, and training.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and tools (e.g. PROSCI, ADKAR) is desirable.
- A collaborative, people-first mindset with the ability to work across complex, fast-paced environments.
