- Set objectives, conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to support team growth and success.
- Ensure engineering and solution design teams are equipped with the right tools, skills and resources for high performance.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of engineering projects, ensuring quality, timeliness and risk management.
- Conduct technical reviews and provide final approvals on designs and specifications.
- Promote innovation and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Act as the key technical liaison across engineering leadership, architecture and delivery teams.
What do I need?

- Deep understanding of data platforms and emerging technologies, with a focus on customer-centric design and meaningful user experiences.
- Expertise in data engineering tools and technologies like Teradata, Informatica, Hadoop, Synapse, Python, and PySpark.
- Experience in data transformation, innovation, and delivering user-friendly digital solutions.
- Ability to build cross-functional partnerships and align engineering with business goals.
- Proven communication and presentation skills, including delivering to GM-level audiences.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to pragmatically balance delivery pressures with architectural objectives.
- Ability to exercise governance and drive best practices across engineering teams.
- Passion for mentoring, stakeholder engagement, and continuous learning.
