About the facility
Our major sites include University Hospital Geelong in Geelong’s CBD, the McKellar Centre precinct in North Geelong, Barwon Health North in Norlane, and residential aged care facilities spanning the region. Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.

About the role
The child and family health Coordinator will Coordinate daily operations of child and family health team and assist in planning, implementation and organisation of care aligned with the model. Ensure that the team strives to achieve excellent health outcomes for the children and families, by providing a child and family centred and integrated service that enables efficient and effective care delivery.
This leadership role will oversee daily operations of Child and Family Health services and participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures and strategies for the service. The coordinator will assist with undertaking Human resource responsibilities such as orientation, supervision, and performance reviews. The coordinator will also be responsible for coordination of clinics, participate in intake and referral triaging. Working in partnership, the coordinator will be proactive in identifying opportunities, which support partnership approaches to health delivery.
