Work directly with educators, Centre Directors and leaders to strengthen centre responses and build capability in managing child protection matters
Support centres to take prompt and thorough action in line with child safe policies, state legislation, and reporting obligations

About you:
A current Working with Children Check relevant to your state or territory
Previous experience in a customer-focused role, ideally with exposure to issue or incident management
The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and provide clear, practical guidance to centre staff
Confidence in following organisational processes, policies, and legislation related to child protection
Previous experience in early childhood education is a bonus, but not essential
Familiarity with child safe principles, child protection frameworks, and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations (desirable)
Experience managing or responding to safeguarding concerns, investigations, or reportable conduct (desirable)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to use data and systems to monitor and track reports and trends (desirable)
