Job Position: Casual LEGO Instructor / Program Team Leader
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage LEGO workshops during school holiday seasons.
- Facilitate engaging and interactive School Holiday Workshops.
- Work in local schools for the after school programs
- Host children's LEGO birthday parties
- Conduct fun and educational incursions at various locations.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and enjoyable environment for all participants.
- Foster creativity and teamwork among children through LEGO activities.
Requirements:
- Passion for LEGO and working with children.
- Outgoing and energetic personality.
- Experience in educational settings, such as teaching, tutoring, or camp counseling.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage groups of children effectively and safely.
- Availability during school holidays.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in education, childcare, or related fields is preferred.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Passion for hands-on learning, creativity, and working with children.
- Being creative, and love LEGO
Preferred Qualification:
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Why a Driver's License is Preferable:
Given the varied nature of the programs, the Team Leader may need to travel to different locations. Having a valid driver's license is preferable for flexibility in managing logistics, materials, and providing on-site support.

Pay: $25.00 – $49.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
