At Playdates Kids Cafe, we create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children and families. Our mission is to provide memorable experiences through interactive play, creative activities, and unforgettable parties.
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible Kids Party Hosts/Supervisors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage group activities while ensuring a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. Weekend availability is a must.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Private Parties: Occasionally up to 9:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children or in hospitality is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members effectively.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for organizing fun, engaging activities.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred, but not required; willingness to obtain certification is a plus).
- Supervisor experience is a plus and will be considered an advantage.
- Must be available to work weekends for private events and parties.
- No working holiday visa holders—applicants must be eligible to work in Australia.
