Focus Cleaning Services is seeking a proactive and organised Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our growing team based in Manly Vale, with operations across Sydney.
This is a full-time leadership position overseeing residential, Airbnb, and commercial cleaning teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple locations
- Coordinate staff schedules and job allocations using internal systems
- Conduct quality inspections and on-site staff supervision
- Train and onboard new cleaning staff
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and service standards
- Respond to client requests and resolve issues professionally
- Support recruitment and performance management of cleaning staff
About You:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning team supervision
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Hands-on approach and ability to lead by example
- Experience using scheduling platforms (e.g. ZenMaid, Deputy) is an advantage
- Valid driver’s licence required
- Qualification in business, management or hospitality is desirable
Salary:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $73,150.00 – $80,000.00 per year
