Cleaning Operative - Northern Beaches Central
Trident Services Cleaning Pty Ltd is a recognized leader in integrated services across retail centres and airports nationally. We proudly deliver high-quality cleaning and customer service through a proactive, safety-focused approach.
We’re excited to be expanding our operations in the Mackay region with the addition of Northern Beaches Central to our local portfolio, alongside existing contracts at Caneland Central and Mackay Airport.
We’re currently seeking motivated and reliable Part-Time Cleaning Operators to join the team at this brand-new site. These are great opportunities to join a well-supported workplace and help establish cleaning excellence from day one.
About the Role:
This site operates on split shifts, with work hours from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and again from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
There are two 25-hour-per-week roles and one 20-hour-per-week role available.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across public areas, bathrooms and touchpoints, while always presenting professionally and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment.
About You:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication and ability to follow instructions
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet for long periods
- Able to pass a National Police Check
- Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not required — full training will be provided
- Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle — preferred but not essential
