We’re currently expanding and looking for experienced cleaners who are passionate about high standards to join our elite team. We are looking for cleaners with a great eye for detail. You must take pride in your work, and have meticulous attention to detail, organising and time management skills.
Typical days start at 6:30am and finish around 2:30pm, however flexible start and finish times will be considered for suitable applicants.
The right candidates:
We're selective, because our clients are. We're seeking staff who:
- Have previous experience in strata and office cleaning (a bonus)
- Hold a valid drivers licence (a bonus)
- Hold a current National Police Check obtained within the last 6 months, or willingness to apply for one immediately
- Are reliable and honest
- Are Punctual and hardworking
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Are able to communicate well in English
- Are polite and friendly to staff and clients
- Are able to transport themselves reliably to our office base
Full job description
We are looking for friendly, high-energy cleaners with a great eye for detail for strata and office cleaning across the St George and Eastern Suburbs areas.
You must pass our training and safety workshops to meet our requirements. Successful candidates will be given:
- Supported onboarding and continued training - your first cleans will be with a senior team member
- All equipment and supplies provided
- Vehicles supplied
- A branded uniform to look and feel professional
- Flexible, stable time hours with room to grow as we expand
- A workplace culture that values high moral values, respect, quality, and high standards
The main role involves:
- General cleaning including: dry dusting, wet cleaning/polishing of surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, and kitchens.
- Effectively communicating with clients and executing any additional cleaning requests within our scope of works.
- Effectively relaying information and requests to the supervisor in a timely manner.
- Ensure clients are made to feel comfortable and their homes, offices etc. are always left perfectly clean and tidy.
Licence/Certification:
- National Police Certificate (Required)
- White Card
Work Authorisation:
- Australian Working Rights (Valid Australian Visa, Permanent Residency, Citizenship)
