We are looking for an accomplished experienced employee to join our team as a Site Supervisor on a full-time contract. This role is based at Ormond College in Melbourne and is responsible for efficient and safe work practices by cleaning employees, and ensuring all duties stated on the specification are carried out with minimal to no interruption to the client and in a manner which does not endanger employees, clients, or the general public.
The role is also responsible for ensuring all equipment is maintained in good working order and that all deliveries are made in a timely manner.
As the Site Supervisor at Cirka, some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure cleaners’ rooms are maintained in a neat and tidy manner. Ensure employees are using correct chemicals and dilutions.
- Supervise and support a team of cleaners across multiple student accommodation buildings
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer service are consistently met
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks
- Assist with rostering, stock control, and training
- Report directly to the Supervisor/Client Service Manager
To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate experienced in:
- Strong supervision experience in student accommodation.
- Strong supervision and communication skills, with ability to effectively delegate work and tasks and ensure they are completed in accordance with expected standards.
- Good understanding and knowledge of safe working processes and practices.
- Basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
