Role: Cleaning Supervisor
Hourly Rate: $31.25 plus Superannuation
Location: outskirts of Pinjarra, WA
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 15:00
Contract: Permanent

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Lead and monitor cleaning operations across offices, crib rooms, and shared areas to ensure quality and efficiency

Supervise sanitation protocols in restrooms and high-traffic zones, maintaining hygiene and safety compliance
Manage waste removal schedules and oversee general upkeep of the site environment
Allocate and coordinate spot cleans, deep cleans, and response tasks as needed

Ensure cleaning staff follow correct procedures for mopping, sweeping, disinfecting, and window cleaning, with adherence to safety and site standards

What We Need From You:
Demonstrated hands-on cleaning experience in commercial or industrial environments, proven leadership abilities to delegate tasks, monitor team performance, and uphold high standards of safety and cleanliness across work areas.
To possess a valid Driver’s Licence and own car
Be physically fit – Able to lift, carry, kneel, perform cleaning tasks, and stand for over 4 hours
Hold a recent National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
Ability to pass random medical and drug & alcohol tests
