Our dedicated team supports grieving families with empathy, professionalism, and care—honouring the lives of beloved pets.
We’re looking for a Client Care Coordinator to join our team in a casual capacity , bringing strong customer service and administration skills to a truly unique and rewarding environment.
What You’ll Do:- Provide empathetic support and professional pet aftercare services
- Manage client enquiries across phone, email, and online platforms
- Coordinate between internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist families during viewings and ashes collection with compassion
- Maintain high standards in client viewing rooms and facility presentation
- Process payments via ZipPay, Afterpay, Vet Pay, and other platforms
- Ensure accurate data entry of client and veterinary information
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a tidy workspace
- Able to handle deceased pets respectfully when required
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and staying calm under pressure
- Professional, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent
