About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Client Relationship Assistant to join our Melbourne team. This role is perfect for someone with 1–2 years of experience in corporate or client services who is keen to develop a career in client relationship management.
You’ll provide vital support to our Client Relationship Managers, ensuring we deliver for our clients across exciting business areas including Employee Plans, Share Registry, and Investor Relations.
What You’ll Do
- Support Client Relationship Managers in meeting client objectives
- Coordinate across internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time
- Assist with client reporting, AGM preparation, invoicing, and mail projects
- Proactively identify risks and ensure compliance with company standards
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Gain exposure to AI tools and global operational teams
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in a corporate or client-facing role
- Strong communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-moving environment
- Confidence with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Degree in a business/finance discipline (or relevant experience)
- Interest in share plans, investor relations, or corporate governance (highly regarded)
