The role of a Client Service Officer is focused on providing support to Advisers and their clients on an ongoing basis.
About the Role
- Arrange & coordinate documentation for client meetings.
- Manage Adviser diary and arrange booking of appointments for reviews and advice presentations, following business protocols.
- Assist adviser to complete file notes and manage client record keeping in line with compliance standards.
- Preparation of annual investment reviews and completion of post review actions.
- Preparation of client advice, Statement of Advice and Record of Advice in a compliant manner, interact with key stakeholders, research, paraplanning ect. Ensure compliance checklists are complete.
- Monitor client accounts, key compliance dates, cash holdings.
- Maintain client records on XPlan as per business standards.
- Act as point of contact for clients, third parties and internal stakeholders
About you
- 12-18 months experience in a financial planning support position
- Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Excellent relationship management and administrative skills
- Passion for personal growth and a sincere desire to assist clients in achieving their financial goals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
