About the Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our Client Solutions team. This role will focus on driving scalable reporting frameworks and surfacing insights that accelerate client and product growth. You will bring analytical rigor to how we understand client and product performance, support product adoption strategies and ensure our solutions are grounded in robust data.
You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product and Marketing Science, combining technical skills with business acumen to influence how TikTok drives advertiser success at scale.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards, reports and data pipelines to support client solutions at scale
- Translate complex data sets into clear insights and actionable recommendations for sales and cross-functional partners
- Support product adoption and effectiveness by monitoring campaign, product and feature performance across verticals
- Develop repeatable frameworks and reporting to reduce operational overhead and accelerate decision-making for the Client Solutions team
- Partner with Sales, Marketing Science and Product teams to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and clarity in data definitions, metrics and reporting outputs
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on client and product questions, ranging from product adoption to campaign performance outcomes
- Contribute to the team’s culture of technical and product excellence by proactively identifying new ways to improve reporting processes and insights delivery
