About the Role
This role is well suited to individuals with a background in practice management, clinic operations, or NDIS administrative coordination. Ideal candidates are highly organized, task-focused, and motivated by achieving measurable outcomes. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy working within established systems and frameworks, take ownership of your responsibilities, and are driven by the success of the team and the clients you support.
- Providing guidance and assistance to Clinic Team Leaders by reviewing clinic data and emphasising the areas for improvement
- Ensuring clinic compliance obligations are being managed:
- Client records are complete and up to date;
- Working closely with our client engagement team
- Covering CTL absences to support the clinic team
You will be someone who:
- Maintains a high level of attention to detail and follows through on tasks
- Communicates clearly and professionally with both clinicians and clients
- Works effectively under pressure, balancing competing priorities
- Values structure and consistency, but can adapt to evolving needs
- Has a strong sense of accountability and understands the importance of data integrity, process compliance, and operational performance
- Demonstrated experience in scheduling or rostering
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Sound computer knowledge and experience in using various IT systems, such as Lumary, Skedulo or Salesforce
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all internal and external stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills to create logical and practical solutions
