Clinic Manager - Windaroo Vet (MustCare Vet Centres)
Looking for your next step in the veterinary world? We’re MustCare Vet Centres - a group of established clinics across Brisbane and we’re looking for the right person to take on the role of Clinic Manager at Windaroo Vet.
Windaroo is one of our larger, busier clinics, with a loyal client base and a strong team. This role is about bringing organisation and support to the daily flow of the clinic so the vets and nurses can focus on the pets and clients, while you keep everything else running in the background.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing rosters and daily scheduling
- Supporting staff with HR processes like leave and onboarding
- Keeping an eye on clinic KPIs and sharing updates with leadership
- Handling client feedback with care and professionalism
- Making sure stock, supplies, and systems are in order
- Helping create a workplace where the team feels supported and valued
Why this role is different
You won’t be left to carry it all on your own. You’ll be supported by our Operations Coordinator and Lead Vet, with guidance and backup whenever you need it. You’ll also have access to ongoing training and development because we’re big on helping our leaders grow their skills and confidence, not just “do the job.”

- Veterinary clinic experience is essential (nursing, reception, or management)
