We are currently looking for receptionists and consultants for our clinics. Career progression within our company is also possible for exceptional candidates.
Your daily role includes but not limited to:
- Helping clients with their inquiries in person, over the phone and via social media channels
- Handle client profiles
- Appointment and scheduling of clients
- Assist customers in the clinic
- Daily sales reports, uploading reports and weekly meetings
- Daily Pos closings
To be successful:
- The role needs someone who is fluent in Chinese (include writing skills)
- Some level of English is also needed
- Have an understanding of Korean is a bonus
- Have an understanding in skin and beauty industry is desirable
- Basic administrative skills and computing skills
- Team player with positive energy and service minded
- Detailed and attentive
- Neat and tidy attire
Working Hours
4-5 Days/Wk (8.5Hrs/Day)
This role is open for both Rhodes or City branch,

At least 1 Year Australia Visa
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
