Role Overview
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Audiologist to join our Tweed Heads team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive hearing assessments, fitting and managing hearing devices, and providing ongoing support to clients. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver outstanding hearing care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments for clients of all ages.
- Diagnose hearing disorders and develop individualized management plans.
- Fit, program, and manage hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
- Provide counseling and education to clients and their families regarding hearing loss and rehabilitation options.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote hearing health awareness.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Audiology
- Current membership with Audiology Australia or the Australian College of Audiology.
- Eligibility for a Certificate of Clinical Practice (CCP).
- Proven experience in conducting audiological assessments and managing hearing devices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.

Pay: $88,350.19 – $100,258.40 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
Supplementary Pay:
- Christmas bonus
- Performance bonus
