About the opportunity:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Clinical Care Manager for our 61 bed, residential aged care home in Young, NSW.
- Lead and manage clinical teams to ensure high-quality care delivery for residents in the aged care setting.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of residents, ensuring optimal physical and emotional well-being.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards, including those related to medication administration, infection control, and patient safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, physiotherapists, and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, fostering a supportive and compassionate work environment.
- Effective management of the budget and resources allocated for clinical care to ensure cost-effective care without compromising quality.
What you’ll bring:

To thrive in this role, you will have:
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with current nursing registration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse, with significant experience in aged care settings.
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with experience leading a clinical team
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
- NDIS clearance OR proof of application & recent Police record check
- Valid, full working rights in Australia
